“Cheetahs cannot roar like the other great cats, a quiet distinction that inspired the name of this piece. They are the swiftest beings on land, capable of reaching 70 mph in astonishing, fleeting bursts. Yet despite their elegance and mastery of movement, their future is uncertain—the species is now classified as vulnerable, with populations continuing to decline. Through my art, I hope to illuminate their story and inspire a deeper awareness of their fragile place in our world.”
